Ingredients:
1 cucumber, sliced into 1/4" thick discs
1 package salmon lox, cut into 1" pieces
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Greek strained yogurt (I prefer Athenos brand)
1 small package Fresh Dill
Directions:
Mix sour cream and Greek yogurt in a small dish
Spoon sour cream mixture onto cucumber slices
Top with salmon
Garnish with sprig of fresh dill
