Hi. Thanks for sharing this! I'm in Chicago and my husband was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease. It's been difficult for us to find good gluten free baked goods and this looks great.

Another great place is Rose's Wheat Free Bakery in Evanston. They have delicious bagels, breads, cookies and a sweet little cafe to dine in. Best to you and your hubby!
